I was stressed in the early months about planning and feeling overwhelmed with all the vendor choices we had to make but she helped keep me calm and reassured me that I was on track. She has a network of vendors that are really lovely. Ruby has great organizational skills and I used and appreciated the planning resources she provided. Her seating chart software was exactly what I needed. Every call we had was productive and she responded quickly to my texts and emails. She helped me choose my bridesmaid dresses by doing mockups of different dresses and colors. When I couldn't get my name cards, seating chart and table cards printed at Office Depot and emailed her, she gave me printer recommendations and reached out on my behalf so that I could get a discount on printing. On the day of, Ruby and her assistant were incredible. We had ZERO stress on our wedding day and everything was executed perfectly. She also knew my venue and events manager well and coordinated with my other vendors to ensure everything was set up perfectly. She is also so sweet, as is her assistant.
