I’m Ruby, the founder of Red Canyon Events. My first event was organizing a karate tournament, and I worked in public events before opening my company. That mix of logistics and details showed me how much easier a milestone feels when someone calm is guiding it.

Our process
This planning process is an overview of the process for clients booking the full planning package
The week-of… when all the magic happens!! Our goal for you is to do nothing but relax, be with friends and family who are arriving, and get excited for the big day! We will handle any last-minute questions or logistics and execute the wedding day as you've envisioned.
Execution
This is where everything starts to come together. We’ll build out your timeline in detail, connect with your vendor team so everyone has what they need, and finalize the logistics like your layout, guest count, and rental orders.
Coordination
Once we’ve built most of your vendor team, we move into the fun part, the look and feel of your day. We’ll define your overall vision, colors, and style, then start securing your design vendors like florist, rentals, and any key decor pieces so everything feels cohesive and true to you.
Design
In this first phase, we will start with budget planning, venue selection, and your key vendor selection. The main vendors I want to book during this phase are your venue, photographer, videographer, caterer & top priority vendors.
