We provide design support, decor management, vendor matchmaking, communication, and more. This package includes milestone check ins, unlimited meetings, up to five venue walkthroughs, your layout, seating chart, and wedding day timeline, a one hour rehearsal, and 12 hours of coordination with a 2 to 3 person team.

This package includes milestone email check ins, 10 one hour planning calls, your venue layout and seating chart, a custom wedding day timeline, a one hour rehearsal, and 12 hours of coordination with a two person team.

This package includes a one hour rehearsal and 10 hours of wedding day coordination with a two person team.

The moment your contract is signed and your deposit is received, we start working behind the scenes. Your client portal activates and we’ll kick things off in your first planning meeting where we’ll review your vision, priorities, and your planning roadmap.
Month Of Coordination Clients
You will still get support right away. Your client portal will activate and you can start using our resources immediately. Your planning calls with us officially begin 100 days before the wedding.

We’ve navigated everything from divorced parents to blended family logistics and opinionated relatives. We’ll help you think through options, guide conversations when needed, and create a plan that keeps things respectful, clear, and calm.
Yes, with a few important considerations.
We’re happy to work with vendors who are new to us, but we do recommend hiring experienced wedding professionals, not friends filling a vendor role. We’re also cautious with vendors who have limited reviews or a very small portfolio, especially if we don’t have any connection to them through past work or referrals.
One note: we’re not a replacement for vendors you choose not to hire. If a role is left unfilled, we can help you think through options, but we can’t take on services that require a dedicated vendor.
