Whether you're knee-deep in planning or just dreaming up your perfect day, consider this the perfect inspo spot. Our love stories share a mix of tips, stories, and ideas to fuel your wedding journey. Grab some tea and be inspired, it's your special day—let's plan it your way!
If you’re dreaming of a Utah mountain wedding with a mix of natural beauty, comfort, and a great planning experience, Snowpine Lodge is one of our favorite spots. Tucked up Little Cottonwood Canyon, it has some of the most incredible views you’ll find—and a layout that just works.
We’ve planned multiple weddings here, with four more coming up in the next 30 days! Every time, the experience is different, but what stays the same is how well the venue supports a beautiful, low-stress wedding day.
What we love most about Snowpine is the mix of indoor and outdoor space. The ceremony lawn has this amazing mountain backdrop that looks good in any season—summer greens, fall colors, you name it.
Inside, the layout is flexible and clean, so it’s easy to make the space feel like your own. And since we’re here often, we know the ins and outs of all the set up logistics so there is no guesswork or scrambling. That means when working with us, you get a planning team that is completely confident in the space you have chosen.

Kendall and Katrina’s wedding was one of the biggest we’ve done at Snowpine and utilized the entire space! The bride and her girls started the day off in the Spa getting ready with her hair and makeup team, while the Groom and his guys all got ready in the top floor penthouse room. They did their first look on a nearby hiking trail, followed by a a Chinese tea ceremony at Snowpine’s inhouse restaurant Swen’s. After photos and a quick break, we got the traditional ring ceremony started followed by cocktail hour on the pool lawn. We moved everyone inside to the ballroom for dinner and a night full of dancing!
Kendall & Katrina celebrated a gorgeous wedding and we LOVED the floral colors she chose! The burgundy stood out beautifully against the summer mountains.
“Ruby was the wedding planner for our wedding in July. She is amazing! Hiring her was the best decision we made during our planning process, and we can’t thank her enough. We love Ruby.”

Belen and Taylor went all in on an outdoor experience. Instead of heading into the ballroom for dinner, we used the entire lawn space. We brought in patio heaters and built soft light walls to keep things warm and cozy, even though it was a very chilly October evening everyone had a blast! Utilizing the lawn space for dinner created an intimate, relaxed vibe which made the wedding incredibly personal and special for their 30 guests.
“We didn’t know how it would work having a wedding planner working with us from halfway across the country and only being able to do Facetime meetings. But by the time we got to our wedding, not only were we confident that everything was taken care of and she had a firm grasp on our vision and how the whole day would look, but all of our worries or apprehension had completely evaporated. We trusted fully in Ruby”

Sierra and Chris wanted a clean, timeless look. They went with all white and baby blue florals, which popped perfectly against the green mountain backdrop.
They used the ceremony lawn, the third-floor terrace for cocktail hour where we did a fun champagne tower pour and finished the night in the ballroom. Since they’re both retired tennis pros, they added a few subtle nods to the sport throughout the day, t was elegant, simple, and very them. We loved the personalization!
“She was the single greatest investment I made in my wedding day being a success. Ruby is professional, kind, organized, and thoughtful. Don’t think twice about hiring her—you will have no regrets.”
