The snowstorm of the century brought us the most magical winter wedding at Twenty & Creek this past January. We’ve just received the photos, and we can’t stop talking about how incredible this wedding was.
Our clients picked one of our favorite venues, Twenty & Creek! I love this place for its rustic elegance, intimate atmosphere, and charming versatility. The venue can transform to reflect any theme or style, making it a favorite among our clients and us. When couples choose to celebrate here, they know they’ll be in good hands. The staff is always accommodating and welcoming, ensuring the wedding day is as perfect as it can be.
Jessica and Tyler began their beautiful journey together with a sealing ceremony at the Payson Temple in the morning, followed by a luncheon at the Grove Station. They ended their evening with dinner and a memorable reception at Twenty & Creek!
The luncheon at Grove Station, catered by WaffleLove, was not just delicious but also provided a casual, delightful stopover on their way to Twenty & Creek. The Grove Station offered a customized soda bar that was a HUGE hit. Our team kicked off the day at Grove Station, arranging the centerpieces and managing the vendors for that location. We gathered Jessica and Tyler’s personal items, then made our way to Twenty & Creek to start setting up and preparing for the evening.
At Twenty & Creek, we carefully placed the centerpieces, set up the kids’ room with snacks, coloring books, and a TV for movies, and arranged all their personal photos and items. The kids’ room was an inviting little sanctuary for the young ones to have fun while the adults enjoyed the festivities.
The bride and groom arrived at Twenty & Creek before the guests, and we started their photo session right away. Just after that, it began snowing, and we quickly realized that this wasn’t just any storm. It blanketed everything in sight, creating a winter wonderland. Despite many guests being delayed due to the weather, Jessica took it all in stride, celebrating with those who bravely made the hour-long journey from their hometown to Twenty & Creek. Her grace under pressure and the intimate atmosphere created by the snowfall made the day all the more special.
Why Winter Weddings Are Underrated: Winter weddings are very underrated, but they offer unique benefits that you can’t get with a summer wedding. Did you know that often venues (and some vendors) have a winter discounted pricing? It can be cheaper to have your wedding in the snow! Venues like Twenty & Creek are the perfect setting for winter weddings, as they provide a warm, welcoming space that feels like a cozy but still elegant! If you’re willing to brave the elements, winter weddings can be the most memorable and less expensive!
