My first event experience was over 7 years ago organizing and hosting a karate tournament. From there my love of the event industry blossomed and I have been planning events since. I have planned all different types of events including private parties, concerts, retreats and of course weddings. I LOVE love and weddings are my favorite events to plan. In between weddings, I am either traveling or reading!

Kenzie developed a love for weddings & working with brides in high school while working at a bridal & prom rental shop. She later got into catering & enjoyed working all kinds of events. Being on the Red Canyon Events Team has been such a fun experience getting to live out her love of weddings. Kenzie also enjoys baking, cake decorating, crafting and especially spending time with her husband and 3 kids.

We knew we needed someone to help us plan things along the way and to help on the day-of, and Ruby was a fantastic choice. Ruby was incredibly organized and helped us keep all our ducks in a row. She kept all of our vendors on the same page and ensured we had everything we needed. Ruby was incredible to work with!! Hire her and her team - you will not be disappointed! Our venue required a wedding planner and I am so glad they did! Ruby was our wedding planner, and I am so happy we chose to work with her. I was stressed in the early months about planning and feeling overwhelmed with all the vendor choices we had to make but she helped keep me calm and reassured me that I was on track and that everything would turn out well. She has a network of vendors that are really lovely! Ruby has great organizational skills and I used and appreciated all of the planning resources she provided. Her seating chart software was exactly what I needed. Every call we had was productive and she responded quickly to my numerous texts and emails. A couple little extras - she helped me choose my bridesmaid dresses by doing multiple mockups of different dresses and colors because I really needed visuals. When I couldn't get my name cards, seating chart and table cards printed at Office Depot and emailed her in a panic, she gave me printer recommendations and reached out on my behalf so that I could get a discount on printing...
